Situated in the heart of Klong Prao Beach, the white sandy beach in the west of Koh Chang Island, Barali Beach Resort enjoys fresh breezes from the Gulf of Siam and unique panoramic views of sunset on to the ocean. Koh Chang, as the naturally reserved island, provides the resort with the beautiful backdrop of deep green mountains.While residing in a contemporary Asian-style villa, international and luxurious but well harmonized, our VIP guest will find themselves at home with the resort's facilities and activities.Our 40 fully operational villas, with over 40 more villas in 2005, consist of 3 Beach Front, 2 Junior Suites and 65 Deluxe Villas. You can go elephant trekking at two places on the island. Chang Chutiman operates elephant trekking to the interior of the island and from Klong Prao. Baan Kwan Chang offers elephant treks that take place in an inland valley to the North of the island.The cruiser voyage alongside Mangrove allows you to go sight seeing around waterside and firefly adhered on the Mangrove tree. Nighttime allows you to see the shiny and flashy sky lit up like a Christmas tree. A variety of boat trips are available around the islands. These can be used as a means of travel between the islands or simply to go for a day trip of sightseeing or snorkeling. The mountain bike straddle venture around the outer-ring island provides a tour to view the wonderful beauty of Koh Chang. Snorkeling can be arranged on most of the islands and on the mainland. If diving is your cup of tea, your best bet is to contact one of the dive centers on Koh Chang- there are several PADI certified dive centers there with knowledgeable staff to guide you.
