Located on its own private bay on Lanta Yai Island in Krabi Province, Pimalai Resort and Spa offers 5 star luxury in one of Thailand's last undisturbed natural environments. Comprising only 80 extra spacious rooms and suites built in the classic style unique to southern Thailand, the accommodation and facilities are spread over 100 acres of forest which slopes gently upwards from the private 900 metre long white sandy beach to the centuries old virgin rain forest in the adjacent national park. Every room and suite provides spectacular views. Facing west, Pimalai provides a magnificent platform from which to view the fantastic tropical sunsets which are a feature of the region.
